Purpose of the Site

The Site shares information about Dr. Omoye "Oye" E. Imoisili, the Foundation's mission, its scholarship vision, and ways to support or contact the Foundation.

Site content is provided for general informational purposes. We may update, correct, add, or remove content as the Foundation's work develops.

Scholarship Information

The Scholarships page is informational at launch. The Site does not currently accept scholarship applications or document uploads.

Information presented on the Site does not guarantee:

• Scholarship eligibility.
• Availability of an award.
• Selection or funding.
• A specific award amount, schedule, or application date.

Any future scholarship opportunity will be governed by its official eligibility requirements, deadlines, application instructions, and selection terms.

Donations

When donation functionality is available, the Site may allow one-time or recurring donations through an approved third-party donation service.

Use of donation functionality is also subject to the Donation / Refund Policy and any applicable terms of the third-party service. Nothing on the Site should be interpreted as tax advice or as a guarantee that a contribution qualifies for a tax deduction.
